Our Team
Director
Sinead Burnett
Sinead Burnett is the Director & CEO of Absolute Signage NT. A proud Indigenous
woman, Sinead is passionate about business and the opportunities it can create for her people. For her, Absolute Signage NT is more than just a company — it’s about
building something that supports the community, provides local jobs, and shows
what’s possible when Indigenous businesses are given the chance to grow.
When she started the business, Sinead had a big vision but little industry experience.
Through determination and a willingness to learn, she has grown Absolute Signage
NT into a trusted signage manufacturer, taking on government and civil contracts,
building strong industry relationships, and expanding the company’s in-house
capabilities. She remains committed to creating opportunities for other Indigenous
businesses and mentoring young Indigenous entrepreneurs who want to begin their own journeys.
Outside of her role in the business, Sinead is a proud mum. Balancing family life and
business is not always easy, but it keeps her grounded and motivated. Her
daughters are her daily reminder of why she works so hard — to show that success
is built on resilience, hard work, and the support of family, culture, and community.

his practical approach and eye for detail. His work has taken him across the
Northern Territory, where he has built lasting relationships with contractors, suppliers, and local businesses who trust his experience and straightforward nature.

next generation. He enjoys mentoring younger team members, helping them grow
their confidence and knowledge.
Outside of work, Clayton enjoys spending time outdoors and is a keen fisherman —
something that keeps him connected to the NT lifestyle he loves. His down-to-earth
nature, local knowledge, and decades of experience make him not only a respected
leader in the business but also a valued part of the community.
